| I have a covered dish/gift exchange party to go to tonight so I'm making a big pot of chili and Gavin and Giddy are getting bowls of that before I leave with the rest... and cornbread too.
How do you make veggie pot pie Lynelle?? I miss pot pie sooo much!

| Tonight...i don't usually think about dinner until Brandon is on his way home, but since he's working in Tarrington this week, hes much closer. So i'm having to think about it earlier...but not this early! Hmm...well, i guess we'll have.. Italian Seasoned French Bread (go figure, right?) with Gouda Cheese melted on it(a very international dish...lol)... Quesadilla Soup with tortillas to dip in it... Or maybe i'll just have that and no Gouda Bread... Yeah, i think we'll have just that and we'll do Gouda Bread tomorrow. I would like the Veggie Pot Pie recipe too, please | |

| I try to get the evening meal planned and partially done in the a/m. From 3:15 on till 7 it's busy, busy, busy here. So one less thing that I have to think about the better
The pot pie and homemade bread were sooooo yummy.
Tonight we will be having burgers and gravy, oven fries and turnips and greens..........
I'm going to make the lentil soup this a/m that we will be having tomorrow night. It always tastes so much better the next day. I'm also going to start the beans soaking that we will eat on thurs.....pre-sproating beans makes them MUCh easier to digest.
So what cha eatin' tonight?

| I made a delicious black bean chilli this weekend to take to potluck for lunch after choir rehersal. It turned out really well, though maybe a bit "herb" tasting because it was quite heavily seasoned. Still, turned out very well, even if I did alter the recipe to my own tastes a little.
It's the first thing I've made in months that doesn't have a distinctly italian flavor to it! Yay!
