Mango Dinner Smoothies Empty
PostSubject: Mango Dinner Smoothies   Mango Dinner Smoothies EmptyThu Aug 24, 2006 12:56 pm

This is what i make us all the time to have with dinner. Smoothie makers work better than blenders for this, but if you don't have one, just blend it extra long to make sure its not chunky.

1 Mango, peeled and cut up
3/4 of a banana, frozen
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 small container strawberry yogurt (cheapest store brand works fine)(you can use silk yogurt, but i find it tastes like chalk...blah!)
1-2 cups orange juice (i usually put 1 cup in and blend it, if its too thick, i add more)

Place everything in the blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

If you don't have frozen bananas and strawberries, you fresh then add 3-6 ice cubes.

Enjoy! It takes dreamy and keeps you regular! lol!
