Okay here is my MIL's recipe for meatballs they are really tasty Jason loves them on subs or just by themselves. I like them cold Smile They are REALLY easy to make!

1 Cup Progresson Italian Bread Crumbs (No I don't care what they have in them...so don't bother posting whats wrong with them Wink)
1/2 Cup Pecan Meal
1 Cup Mozzerella Cheese
3 Eggs (I usually only use 2 then add water if they need arent wet enough)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Olive oil

Mix all the ingredients together with either a spoon or your hands, depends on whether or not you like raw eggs on your hands *gag*
Form into about 12-16 balls, depends on how big you like your meatballs
Fry in the olive oil turning about every min or so until everything is browned and cooked through. Probably about 5-7 minutes for each meatball. Drain on a Paper towel and then cover with sauce. These are great fresh and even better the day after!
