I'm making...

Cornish Hens with a Brown Sugar rub
La Chiky(special vegetarian seasonings) Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Craisin Stuffing (just put chopped up craisins in regular stuffing...beyond awesome!)
Special Vegetarian White Gravy
Cresent Rolls
Apple Dip for Dessert(we don't really care about dessert after having an awesome meal like that)
