Prep time: 10 minutes (my kind of recipe!)

1 1/4 cups Evaporated Milk
2 large egg yolks
1 3/4 cups (10 oz bag) Nestle Chocolatier 53% Cacao Dark Chocolate Chunks
1 9" graham cracker crust
whipped cream
nuts (op)

Combine evaporated milk and egg yolks in med. saucepan. Heat over med-low heat, stirring constantly with wire whisk, untol mixture is very hot and thickens slightly; DO NOT BOIL.

Place chunks in food processor fitted with metal blade. With processor running, slowly pour milk mixture inot chocolate. Process 10-20 seconds. Scrape dowm sides and continue to process until smooth. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate.

Anna if you are not going to do this let me know.

OK, I saw a recipe for pumpkin cheesecake pecan pie, I think I'll try that one. We are going to do this at Jess's Sat. night.

Know what else would be good? To make a regular pumpkin pie and then decorate the top with the Pumpkin Spice Dip from HGP like in little scallops..
