I just found out a few stores that are gonna be at the new Watkins shopping center on 60/288 in Powhatan...

Target (now ima have to start going there instead of Walmart...maybe they'll make it a Super Target and i'll never have to go anywhere else ever again cheers

Anyway...just some cool info...

When are they starting constuction... when will it open?? That is really going to make our neighborhood more appealing to potential buyers.... or at least it might level out the ill effects of a nationwide landfill.

They have the permits to start building i believe...it looks like it'll be open sometime in 2008.
