grrrr.... Noah's dad filed his appeal. I was told not to worry about it, all Melinda has to do is show up at court and hand the judge the paperwork identifying the father as a registered sex offender and he will be TPR'd whether he fights it or not. Just disappointed that the adoption will take longer than expected.

I'm thinking that the two baliff's (with the handguns) and the manacles that he will be wearing will be able to stop him.
