Okay, so to do these you need to do one of two things, go to VegetarianExpress.com and buy their White Gravy mix (the best stuff you will ever put in your mouth) or make 4 cups of your own white gravy.
2 prepared recipes of Creamy White Gravy mix (or 4 cups of your own white gravy)
1 teaspoon Pepper
3 Tablespoons Parmasean cheese
6 large potatoes
1 cup Milk (or Silk)
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
Boil potatoes till cooked. Peel and slice thinly. Place them in a large casserole dish sprayed with vegetable oil. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon water and 1 teaspoon oil till translucent. Sprinkle the onion over the potatoes.
Prepare gravy according to the directions on bottle (or have your own ready).
Add pepper and milk when gravy is done. Pour gravy over the potatoes and onions. Cover with aluminum foil and bake on 350 for 30min. Remove the dish from the oven and remove the foil. Sprinkle with parmasean cheese. Return to oven and bake for 20min longer.
