Pizza...everyone loves it...but it has cheese and uaually other bad for you stuff.
But this pizza i made is low in fat, cholesterol and very little or even no cheese at all and still tastes AWESOME!
Pre-Made Pizza crust (Boboli or another brand...) with the pizza sauce included. (you could also make your own, but it doesn't taste as good).
1/2 bag Morningstar Sausage-Style Recipe Crumbles, warmed
1/2 cup Mushrooms, sauteed (optional)
1/2 can of Olives (optional)
Any other topping you like.
Preheat oven to 450. Place crust on pizza pan. Spread sauce on crust, add your toppings in layers. Sprinkle with cheese if you want too, but the sausage really adds enough flavor that you don't need to use it.
Place in oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust on the pizza is light brown.
Makes 8-10 slices.
