smoked butt

First you start off with a 8 pound or so bostenbutt. Then you cover it in mustard and then put my rub on it. Place it in a smoker and keep the temp at around 225. Cook it for about an hour and a half per pound. The key is the rub. Everything is better with a little butt rub. Shocked

Its nice of you to notice the 40 thing. Although I have been that for ohhhh almost five months now. And when april comes around there are only a few birthdays so the 5 $ thing is out. Laughing

i think everyone comes out of the gate strong....meaning in the spring everyone is ready to spend spend spend....then they see like aug and sep and doooooowwwwn goes the gifts...i protest.
