Wouldn't Jared have to divorce you first?

The woman was divorced at the time of the lawsuit...not sure it that classifies it as a requirement or not.

Probably not. It probably means she was afraid of offending her husband or something.

Nope, I'm going to sell the list on Ebay, I'll also put a Mother Mary water mark on the paper and sell the list for twice as much!
There is no money at my house, therefore no need for a party.

But you are there Bri and you are the only reason we need to have a party...... besides, I have been noticing that your lips need a little plumping and you have bags under your eyes. Now Geedge has some product for you and really fun games!! So what time can we be there? Besides... look at all the perks! Your name will go in for a drawing for a Vera somebody hand bag!!

I do think you need to be divorced before you sue the MIL, otherwise it's a restraining order instead of a civil suit. I don't think I'd mind that one either tho in my case.

I don't think Mom should sue Dad either, he'd just countersue for losses accrued to Ebay and he might wind up on the winning side. Or at least he'd gain posession of the "very valuable" watering can collection I have rusting around the yard and on the porches.

Litigation is our life! afro

Well Jared, it IS your yard, so why aren't YOU taking care of that very valuable watering can collection? PickOn
