when ya'll post these great recipes can you add thenumbers for the fiber, calories and fat. mike and i are on weight watchers and actually enjoying it. for him it makes him stop eating so much and for me it makes me eat and eat the right things. so keep the recipes coming just a little extra so we can try them.
