Well..i'm not a big garlic fan...i despise the smell and don't care for the taste, but i liked Lindas hummus last time i had it...which was eons ago.

1/2 Tahini
1/3 Cup Water
1 Can Garbanzo Beans
3 Tbls or so of garlic powder
6-8 Tbls Lemon juice
1 Teaspoon onion powder

Blend until smooth

Blended toasted sesame seeds, you can buy it at health food store or indian stores

Ummm...paprika is a spice...tahini is a paste...sorry it wont work the same way Doh

Beth, you can also get Tahini in most grocery stores these days. I know that Food Lion and Giant/Martins both carry it. I would guess that Ukrops would as well. It's usually in with the "odd" foods, gourmet sections, or even the "natural food" sections.
